Tap into the Power of Transmutation

“You’re out of your mind!” my friend said when I told her I was going to launch my new website, Inner Worlds Astrology, during a Total Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius on May 26, 2021, two degrees off my natal Mercury, the planet that rules commerce and technology, among other things. A fledgling astrologer—five months into my journey of learning this ancient science—I was still getting acquainted with the ins & outs of optimal timing, but trusted my intuition that this would be a powerful move. Years later, the action seems well-advised after the site has drawn hundreds of thousands of annual visitors.

“Don’t even look at the moon tonight, it’s a bad omen!” a world-famous astrologer who I won’t name commanded to their massive audience during the Scorpio Lunar Eclipse on May 15, 2022. I defiantly walked outside of my old Los Feliz apartment and stared at the copper moon as it rose in the East, went back in and filmed an entirely new type of content. The new content format I established that night helped propel me forward on TikTok and was truly a launch point for my entrepreneurial career. While these are anecdotal examples, they are certainly compelling cases for facing eclipses head-on rather than cowering in fear.

This doesn’t necessarily mean one should be brash in their approach. Indeed, eclipses can block our manifestation plans and can actually turn everything upside down. This is because the North and South Node of the moon are involved, which are intertwined with our karma and our destiny. The North and South Node mark the points at which the moon’s orbit crosses the ecliptic. When a new or full moon occur within 18 degrees of either lunar node, we have the ingredients for an eclipse.

During a lunar eclipse, the Earth blocks the Moon from fully receiving Sun’s light, which breaks the flow & rhythm of our usual manifestation process. During a solar eclipse, the Moon blocks Sun’s light from reaching the Earth, limiting our capacity to harness the source energy to manifest what we want. So absolutely, by all means approach an eclipse with caution. Don’t follow your typical process — so get into a different flow! Work with the lunar nodes to catch the transformational wave of the eclipse.

In this way, an eclipse doesn’t have to be an unwanted reset. Instead, it can be like a wrestler who’s been pinned down on the verge of a Knockout and flips his opponent upside down, claiming the dominant position in an instant.

I would argue that our ACTIONS on eclipses ultimately define our life trajectory, while INACTION during eclipses can keep us in a limbo or motionless state.

While some may interpret my personal examples above as evidence for powering your eclipse story based on intuition alone, there are plenty of other cases where that doesn’t pan out. It’s problematic in my opinion to assume that every eclipse experience can be approached haphazardly. If there was a way to operate within a ballpark of success, why not take up that strategy instead??

I’ve provided just that in this newsletter, which deviates from my typical full moon manifestation guide. Today my goal is to give you a step-by-step guide that can help you secure a successful outcome with eclipses going forward, with a subsection on expected outcomes for each zodiac sign.

Now let’s go through the unique manifestation process for this eclipse…
